Terms of Use
  1. By viewing this site the user is deemed to consent to all terms and conditions below. By downloading software from this site ("Software") or using services from this site ("Services") the user is deemed to consent to this and the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software and Services ("License Agreement"). An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.
  2. The Software, Services and content of this site is the copyrighted work of Nuvotech Limited ("Nuvotech") and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright pursuant to UK, US and European Union copyright laws, international conventions and other copyright laws. The user is specifically prohibited from modifying, publishing, transmitting, selling, participating in the transfer or sale or reproducing, creating derivative works from, distributing, performing, displaying or in any way exploiting any of the materials on this site or the softwares or materials relating thereto in whole or in part without express written permission.
  3. The Software is made available for downloading solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
  4. The Software and Services is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the License Agreement and Terms stated herein. Except as warranted in the License Agreement, Nuvotech hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the Software, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Nuvotech does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software and Services will meet the user's requirements or that the operation of this Software and Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and as such the user accepts the entire risk of installation and use of Software and Services. Acceptance of the License agreement and use of the Software and Services constitutes the understanding that the user will have no recourse to Nuvotech for any actual or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, interruption of service, loss of business or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software and Services.
  5. All trademarks on this site such as Nuvotech, Movie Outline, Script It!, Hollywood Script Express and others are trademarks of the respective companies and you may not use these marks without express written permission.
  6. Nuvotech reserves the right to add to or change the terms of this agreement. It is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these terms on accessing movieoutline.com.
  7. Nuvotech reserves the right to change all aspects of all Nuvotech owned properties (site content, software, prices etc.) at any time.
  8. Nuvotech is VAT registered. This means that EU Sales are subject to UK VAT at 17.5%. If you're shopping from outside the EU, VAT is not applicable. Please note that your local Customs Regulation may require that you pay Import Duties on your purchase. This is your responsibility. In the event that we are charged these taxes, we reserve the right to reclaim any such taxes from you.
  9. All prices are set and charged in US Dollars (USD) but when shopping at our store you may be able to display their equivalent price in a different currency if it is supported by our system. We accept most Credit and Debit Cards online through eSellerate, PayPoint and PayPal.
  10. All physical goods are shipped direct from our US warehouse by your chosen shipping method within two business days of receipt of payment. All electronic goods are made available for you to download upon completion of your transaction.
  11. These terms and conditions of use shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with UK Law. The Courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or other matter arising there from.
