Refunds & Returns
30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Customers are entitled to a full refund on all of our software products (less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee) within thirty days of purchase providing all activated software has been deactivated and verified and returned software includes ALL undamaged documentation and accompanying materials. Reference Plugins and eBooks are non-refundable.

Defective Merchandise

Customers are entitled to a replacement of defective software providing they notify us within 5 working days of receiving their software and that the defective software and ALL documentation and accompanying materials has been returned.

Third-Party Products & Services

If you are dissatisfied with a product or service you have purchased from Nuvotech then you must first contact the third-party Product/Service Provider with your concerns. If they are unable to provide you with either a refund, credit or similar satisfactory outcome such as re-processing your order then please contact us with all the relevant details and we will consider your case. In all cases where a refund is granted by us a restocking fee will apply. This fee will be determined on a case by case basis but will be a minimum of 10% of the total order value.

Authorizing a Return

If you wish to return an item purchased through Nuvotech then please contact us with a stated reason for the return. If we authorize the return we will issue you a RMA number for you to include with your returned item. Pack your return items securely in the box they arrived in, or another box, so they will not be damaged in transit and use a traceable insured method of return shipping to the address that we provide.

Credits

In the event that your refund request is declined we may issue you a credit instead and this will be applied to your account and deducted from the cost of future orders you place through us.

Refund Process

Product returned will be checked for completeness and damage. Refunds minus applicable re-stocking fee and shipping costs as stated in our Returns Policy above will be credited only to the applicable card or PayPal account within five working days. Refunds and credits will not be granted for items in a Hollywood Script Express order where documents have already been printed, but shipping charges may be refunded (subject to an administration fee) if items have not been shipped.

Submission Changes

Cover letters, documents uploaded to Hollywood Script Express and shipping addresses cannot be modified after your order is placed. If an incorrect shipping address has been supplied then please open a support ticket within your Hollywood Script Express account as soon as possible and we may be able to make changes if an item has not been shipped, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

By using Hollywood Script Express you agree that Nuvotech Limited will not be held responsible or liable for submissions and/or shipments that are rejected from their destination address if the destination address was supplied by you, the customer, during the order creation process. If an error was made by either Hollywood Script Express, our Printing Partners, our Associates or the courier/shipping service that we enage on your behalf, then your item(s) will be re-shipped free of charge. You may be responsible to repay return shipping charges Nuvotech are charged by the shipper for rejected shipments.
