My software won't activate
Make sure you are definitely connected to the internet and have entered your serial number exactly as it appears on your receipt email or registration card (including every "-"). If you still cannot activate it then ensure you have full Admin Rights for your computer. In Windows this is set via Control Panel. On a Mac, this is set via System Preferences

A firewall may also be a problem, so if you have one enabled then disable it before attempting activation and enable it again afterward. If this still does not resolve the problem then contact us with as many specific details about the error as possible and we will help.
